Service area
Where does Pure Clean work?
Pure Clean Pressure Washing is based in Coral Springs and works across northern Broward County, from Parkland and Coconut Creek down to Tamarac and Sunrise and east to Pompano Beach and Deerfield Beach, plus Boca Raton in Palm Beach County. All five services run in every city.
The pages below cover what is different about each one: the housing, the water and what actually lands on the outside of the house.
Home base
Coral Springs, the base.
Coral Springs is where Pure Clean is based and where most of the route starts. The five service pages are the Coral Springs pages.
Served cities
Eight cities, eight different problems.
North Broward
Parkland
Broward County · North of Coral Springs
Parkland was chartered in 1963 on ranch land and zoned to keep a park-like character, and the Everglades form its western edge.
Coconut Creek
Broward County · East of Coral Springs
Coconut Creek calls itself the Butterfly Capital of the World and it plants like it: the city was laid out around trees, waterways and landscaped roads, and butterfly gardens run through the neighborhoods.
Margate
Broward County · Southeast of Coral Springs
Margate was built on former Everglades and farmland from 1955, and the median home here dates to 1978, so a typical Margate driveway is plain poured concrete that has been through more than forty rainy seasons.
Central Broward
Tamarac
Broward County · South of Coral Springs
Tamarac was built from the 1960s as an active-adult community, and a lot of it is still single-story villas and attached homes where an association handles part of the outside and the owner handles the rest.
West Broward
Sunrise
Broward County · South of Coral Springs
Sunrise runs from 1960s streets near University Drive all the way west to the Everglades, and the west side lives with it: in the dry season, brush fires out there send smoke and ash over the city, and the June 2026 Atlantic Fire burned more than 4,700 acres just west of Sunrise.
Broward coast
Pompano Beach
Broward County · East of Coral Springs
Pompano Beach has the oldest housing on the route (the median home dates to 1974) and it is the first city east of Coral Springs with real salt: east of Federal Highway, canal and Intracoastal homes in Garden Isles, Harbor Village and Hillsboro Shores sit in salt air that hazes glass and pits aluminum.
Deerfield Beach
Broward County · Northeast of Coral Springs
Deerfield Beach is two cities for exterior cleaning.
South Palm Beach County
Boca Raton
Palm Beach County · Northeast of Coral Springs
Boca is the Mediterranean Revival city: Addison Mizner set the style in the 1920s and it stuck, so the city is stucco, barrel tile, pavers and travertine, all porous and all quick to streak in the shade.
