Dust from the Woodlands grading
Grading and lake excavation on the old Woodlands course throw a fine dust over the streets around it, and site work there runs into 2026. On glass, that dust mixes with the humidity and bonds into a grey film that shows in the morning sun. Screens hold it in the mesh and let it go with every breeze.
It comes off with a proper scrub and squeegee, not a rinse, and the screens have to be washed too or they put it straight back on. Booking right after the heavy work next to you finishes gets the longest life out of a clean. If you cannot wait, doing the glass now and again after is an option. Tracks are vacuumed, since dust collects there too.
