Two-car drives in the Mainlands
The Mainlands' ranch homes were built with two-car garages between 1967 and 1977, and many drives are still the original concrete. After fifty-plus rainy seasons the top has worn, aggregate shows through, and the growth roots deep in the open surface. A two-car width also means two sets of oil spots where the cars have always parked.
Those drives get a pressure the old concrete can take, with the pre-treatment loosening the growth and the post-treatment killing what is left in the pores. Oil and rust are treated with their own products. What a clean cannot do is restore worn surface, and Michael says so before starting. The apron and the sidewalk out front are done in the same visit if you want them.
